I know what its like trying to deal with your children on the mountain

I am always sympathetic to the customers needs. When I have a problem I am the person they should be talking to. Plus, I'm not a jerkstore

A customer once was so happy with the service he received he attempted to hire me on the spot, I politely declined and asked csg for a raise

Coldest is -70 in Alaska, coolest is right here in Denver
