Can’t think of a specific incident, but I deal every day with customers and warranties, and I give my best to make sure that they are dealt with fairly, and have had good customer comments in this area

Showing my sons that I was able to ski from the highest lift at Big Sky – their comment was “Did you grow new legs, Mom?”
